For this prompt, depict a little scene of a room in your Tatsukoi's home! For drawn prompts, your Tatsukoi themselves do not need to be included in the drawing, but you will receive a +3 gold bonus for including them!

Layer Prompts:

LAYER ONE:REWARD: 10 GOLDFinding Comfort:
The Deep Basin is a very peaceful and beautiful place. Many even choose to remain there instead of climbing the falls. It's not uncommon for Tatsukoi to return here either. Many miss the elders that raised them, as well as the pleasant landscape of the layer. Where has your Tatsukoi felt most comfortable on this layer?
Sanctuary Sights:
Sanctuary is the largest city on layer one! It's a very pleasant city with a comfortable and artsy vibe. Many murals and sculptures can be found throughout the city, making it quite fun to explore. What is your Tatsukoi's favorite piece of art they've seen in the city so far?
Growing Pains:
The land of this layer is very fertile, making many Tatsukoi with a green thumb choose to settle here. How's your Tatsukoi with plants? Maybe they're a master at growing any kind of plant! ....Or maybe they can't even take care of a cactus.

LAYER TWO:REWARD: 10 GOLDThe World Beyond:
The Spines have some of the best views of the ocean surrounding the Cascades, making it very popular for sightseeing. The calm ocean outside the Cascades leads into a waterfall that falls to the first layer, it's particularly beautiful to see during sunrise. What does your Tatsukoi feel as they view the ocean beyond? Depict them taking in the sights!
Mimic Mayhem:
Many have noted that the climb from layer one to two is riddled with Cascade Stalkers. They blend in with the spines of the second layer very well. They're the main cause of injury and death to those making their first climb up. What kind of encounter did your Tatsukoi have with one on their way up? Did they narrowly avoid one, or even have to defend themselves against one? Maybe they somehow befriended one!
Jackpot!:
This layer is filled to the brim with sharp spines filled with ore, making it very profitable for those who choose to settle here. The spines can contain a whole bunch of stuff! It ranges from metal ore to even sometimes geodes! One of the local miners has asked your Tatsukoi if they'd like to try their luck cracking open one of the spines! What does your Tatsukoi find inside?

LAYER THREE:REWARD: HAVEN PACKThe Big City:
Layer three is home to both the largest population in the falls, and the largest city! Blackpool is a massive city consisting of many Tatsukoi from many walks of life. Blackpool was once a trading outpost, but people from every layer began to gather here to sell their wares. Before long the small outpost had grown into a village, then a town, then the massive city it is today. The city still has a massive trading population that comes and goes from every layer. You can find just about anything in Blackpool, from layer one all the way up to layer six. What is your Tatsukoi's favorite thing to do in the big city?
Newfound Knowledge:
Aurelion, is a city on layer three that is well known for its college of the arcane arts. It has the largest library in all of the falls as well. It has nearly every book that has been officially published and even tomes dating back nearly a thousand years! What would your Tatsukoi look for in this grand library?
Off The Beaten Path:
While exploring the layer, your Tatsukoi ended up lost in the woods! Perhaps they made a mistake and went the wrong way, or maybe they just wanted to see where their gut would lead them! Where do they end up finding themselves? Maybe they find a peaceful clearing? Several Tatsukoi that don't like the hustle and bustle of the cities also make their homes in the forests of this layer, maybe they stumble across one who's willing to help them find their way back!

LAYER FOUR:REWARD: LABYRINTHE'S GUIDE KITForgotten Places:
The fourth layer is notorious for it's winding tunnels that can confuse even the most well prepared. It can be horrifying to try to navigate the dark and unsettling tunnels alone, but to reach the laters above, one must power through. How does your Tatsukoi hold up? Are they well equipped to navigate the tunnels, or do they lose their way quickly?
Hidden Treasures:
Many come to this layer after hearing rumors of treasure and secrets. The walls of this layer sometimes contain rare gemstones as well, which many seek out. What kind of treasure does your Tatsukoi stumble upon?
Cavern Camping:
It's time to settle down for the... night? It's hard to tell what time of day it is here, as the layer is almost entirely enclosed in stone. But regardless, it's time to stop and rest! What does your Tatsukoi's camp look like? Do they have a relatively simple camp or do they prefer to go all out?

LAYER FIVE:REWARD: STORM SUPPLIESA Brewing Storm:
The fifth layer isn't called the Summit of Storms for no reason. The layer is plagued by harsh winds, snowstorms, and thunderstorms that only let up for three days a month. If one isn't well prepared for the storms, they can be deadly. How is your Tatsukoi holding up in the storms?
Noxious Noxwyrms:
The fifth layer features the most prominent Noxwyrms are often seen as vicious attackers, but in reality they are just very skittish creatures. Most are scared of them due to their size and venomous bodies, and tend to try to run or yell at the sight of them. This can cause the Noxwyrm to attack out of fear however. As your Tatsukoi makes their way through the layer, they stumble upon a Noxwyrm! How do they get themselves out of this situation?
Unexpected Shelter:
Due to the harsh nature of this layer, there are very few inhabitants. Among the scattered few villages, is a town known as Northchill. The town of Northchill has found its home in one of the few parts of the layer that aren’t nearly as harsh. The folks living there are kind, it is a common rest stop for those trying to make it to layer six. What does your Tatsukoi do once they make it to Northchill? Do they gather some supplies for the final stretch of their journey, or do they maybe take a moment just to relax?

LAYER SIX:REWARD: HEAVEN'S HAVERSACKOne Last Climb:
This is the final destination for those climbing the Cascades. Only about a third of those who attempt to climb these falls will ever make it to Elysium. The falls leading up to this layer are a harsh and overpowering downpour. Sharp rocks and crystals made of ice line the walls of it, making injury nearly inevitable. The storms of layer six will not spare those who try the climb either. The harsh winds can easily toss those climbing off with great ease. Can your Tatsukoi make it to the top?
First Steps of Elysium:
Many who made the difficult climb to Elysium remember their first few steps in it fondly. The landscape of Elysium is a very magical sight. Beautiful greenery and iridescent crystals stretch over the entirety of the land. Crystal-clear ponds nestle themselves between the foliage. What part of the landscape is your Tatsukoi most drawn to?
Dusk and Dawn:
Elysium boasts two of the most beautiful cities in the falls, the royal cities of Dawntide and Duskmoor. If your Tatsukoi had to choose on which to visit, which would they go to? Would they visit the gorgeous Botanical Archive of Dawntide, or would they prefer to visit Duskmoor's crystalline lake?

January 2024 Monthly Prompt: Lingering SecretsSCOUT: "The days following that weird memory loss thing have been... troubling to say the least! There's been a bunch of people disappearing... especially in the middle layers.
It's just too many for it to just be a coincidence, don't you think? Grandpa Cyrus told me to sit still and be cautious when going out... but I know he knows something about what's going on! He's locked himself up in his study all week! Not to mention, anytime I ask about the memory loss or disappearances, he never gives me a direct answer.
But if he won't tell me what's going on, then I'll just find out myself! Come with me, won't you?"
Scout has been restless ever since the mass memory loss event now known as The Echoing Blank. While most have simply lost one or two memories, some have started exhibiting symptoms of dementia. There have been several disappearances since the event as well. Many believe them to be linked to the event. Scout refuses to stand by and let things get worse, and they've invited your Tatsukoi to help! For this month's prompt, depict your Tatsukoi helping find out what's happening in the falls! They could try speaking to others about how they have been feeling since The Echoing Blank, or maybe they could look into ancient tomes to see if anything like this has happened before. Some rumor of ancient paintings hidden in the caves of layer four as well... maybe they hold some significance? Some small, strange creatures have been spotted as well that may have something to do with the memory loss! Scout has been calling them Tentacle Puppies. Prolonged exposure to one can result in smaller forms of memory loss, such as misplacing an object and forgetting what you were just about to do. You are free to include one of these creatures in your prompt as well!A reference for these creatures can be found below! You may alter their design somewhat from the reference image, but they should all have the following traits: Made primarily of black tentacles that imitate features of other animals, has up to six eyes, one mouth, roughly the size of a medium dog.
